Production cycle

The entire production cycle takes place in our internal laboratories. Here the designers give shape to the ideas of our customers and our artisans. After the creation of the sewing model, the team carefully designs the architecture of the garment. In other words: the experience and refinement of tailoring transform the initial intuition into a finished product. All within three weeks. This is the time necessary to make a tailored garment, perfect and respecting the costumer’s exigences. All the phases: the making of prototype, the so-called “sdifettamento” (to correct the defects within the pattern), the cutting, the ironing, the packaging and the delivery are developed promptly and with the utmost attention to detail. But our greatest satisfaction is at the end, when we deliver the garment directly in the hands of those who ordered its elaboration.
