RETURN POLICY
All customers who make a purchase on our site can exercise the right to return within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Here are the conditions to use the return:
- The returned product must be complete with all the original packaging and original labels.
- The right of withdrawal is excluded for products made to measure or customized.
- After the request of return, we will send an e-mail with confirmation and authorization to return, suggesting to the customer all the methods of return.
- The return is charged to Baleani. If the customer decides to make the return in a manner different from those indicated, the cost will be borne by him as well as any liability for loss.
- The goods must be addressed to: CREAZIONI BALEANI SRL, VIA CANTALUPO 6/A, 60024, FILOTTRANO (AN), ITALY.
- When the product will be returned to the warehouse, will be checked by our employees and if there are no discrepancies, will be refunded on the same payment method used for the purchase.
- To use the right of return, the products must not have undergone any repair or modification.
